FocusZen® Code Is Coming Inside the App

We’ve made a decision about the next stage of development for FocusZen® Life System. FocusZen® Code is getting its own music player directly inside the FocusZen app.

FocusZen was never intended to become a collection of disconnected tools. Calendar, tasks, notes, planning, focus and sound are all parts of the same system, designed to help people move from chaos to action. So instead of creating another standalone music app, we’re bringing everything into one place.

Users will be able to open FocusZen Code, choose a track, save favourites and listen without leaving FocusZen. And this won’t simply be another copy of the catalogue already available across streaming platforms.

New FocusZen Code tracks will be able to appear here first, before wider distribution. Some tracks won’t enter external distribution at all. They will exist exclusively inside FocusZen® Life System.

And yes, among them you’ll find our “The Musical Bandit”  the musical bandit that has always refused to sit neatly inside simple categories, genres and predictable algorithmic patterns. That is exactly the kind of experimentation FocusZen Code was created for.

Not every piece of music has to be designed to fit a platform. Sometimes the platform should make room for the music.

The first version of the player will remain deliberately simple: a music library, playback and favourites.

Development of FocusZen Kids will continue, but we’re changing the order of development. The FocusZen Code library already exists. Now we’re putting it where it naturally connects with the rest of the system, inside FocusZen.
